Our Brining Experiment

Last week Little Man's Father and I watched "Romancing the Bird" on Food Network. If you google it, you will come up with several youtube versions. It was an hour long show by Alton Brown that focused on cooking the perfect turkey by brining it first. We decided to do a test run, so I bought a 10 lb. bird Saturday and we brined it Sunday AM and cooked it Sunday afternoon. Our verdict...YUM!!! It was moist and totally delicious!
